Method of Payment
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover on-line. If you wish to pay by check, your order will be processed after your check clears.

Phone Orders
We accept phone orders. Please call 617-975-2001 during store hours (EST):

11 – 7 Sunday
10:30 – 7 Monday – Wednesday
10:30 – 8 Thursday – Saturday

From Thanksgiving to Christmas, we are open until 9 p.m. every evening. Phone orders are accepted until 9 p.m.

Special Orders
Special order inquiries are welcome. Please contact us by email or call 617-975-2001 during store hours.

On-line purchases are usually processed within 24 hours, but may take up to 3 days to ship. If you need an item shipped immediately, please let us know by email.

We ship via UPS and US Mail. When you place your order, the website will calculate your shipping fee, which will include a handling fee of $3.00. Please note that there may be a substantial difference between UPS and US Mail on light items; UPS has a one-pound minimum. All international orders are shipped by Express Mail International.

If we encounter a delay in shipping, we will notify you by e-mail immediately. This occurs, for example, if UPS or the US Postal Service cannot recognize an address.

Items are returnable for a refund within 7 days of receipt (per UPS or USPS tracking), unless an item is specifically marked “Final Sale.” “Final Sale”items are not returnable for refund or exchange.

We describe each item as accurately as possible on our website. We note when there may be variations in color, motif or size.So If you return something, we'd like to know why.
